Dr. Brandon Farler, DNP, CRNA

Founder/CEO of Elevated Horizons Therapeutics. Dr. Farler earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Cincinnati and is a Nurse Anesthesiologist. He utilizes a love of evidenced-based practice, over a decade of healthcare knowledge, and creative structuring abilities to bring together a professional, soothing environment that allows clients access to leading-edge ketamine therapies. Dr. Farler focuses on providing the best experience possible to our clients. He’s here as your advocate in company relationships, environment, and wellness.

Valerie Farris, DNP, PMHNP

Dr. Valerie Farris is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience diagnosing and treating mental health disorders across all ages. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Cincinnati. She has a specialized history treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance misuse, and pediatric neurobehavioral disorders. Dr. Farris is currently accepting new patients and open to treating the full mental health spectrum. She is available for mental health evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy. Appointments are available in-person or via telehealth.
